Marinade for beef

Marinade is a mixture of acid, vegetable oil and seasonings. Dip the meat in marinade to give the product a flavor and the correct consistency – make it softer.


• 3 soup spoons of soy sauce

• 5 soup spoons of dark beer

• 1 soup spoon of Dijon mustard

• Onion

Add soy sauce, dark beer, Dijon mustard and onion to meat.  Marinade for about an hour. Bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
